I'm trying to make a script which uses data gathered by a request, but the request is failing with the error HTTPSConnectionPool, caused by a ProxyError (OSError Tunnel connection failed 403 forbidden). I read that only some sites are allowed for free users, and the site I'm using isn't on the list. The site itself is a bit annoying with errors, so I'm wondering if the problem is that I don't have a paid subscription, or is the site I'm using the problem?

We do not limit internet access for paid users.
