how i can Download folder to my device ? i try to download folder but can't i don't know how pls tell me

There's no option to directly download a directory, but you can compress it (e.g. with zip command) or create an archive (with tar) and then download one file. As you're a paying user, you can also use SSH connection to make it easier -- see this help page for more details.
