Is it possible to use memcachier with PA?

Interesting, I don't think we'd heard of them. I don't see any obvious reason why it wouldn't work!

I have run into another dependency issue with memcachier. A package called "libmemcached" is needed.

Hmm, looks like that's something we'll have to install into the standard image, unfortunately. I'll add it to our list -- can't promise an ETA right now, but I'll take a look on Monday and see if we can get it in to the next release.

Unfortunately we couldn't -- the new release this morning was expected to be a bit scary (though as it turned out it all went pretty smoothly) and we decided we couldn't risk changing the packages included at the same time. I've added a note to get it in ASAP, but that won't be until the new year now.
