Hello, I was trying to set up a new ipython file but the kernel is dead right after start. What I did was to start a new ipython notebook file, and status shows "Kernal Starting" then "connected" then "Kernel dead" after 3 seconds. It then goes to the loop of try to restart and connected and then dead again and again. There is nothing wrong with the code since it was just a new file. :( I couldn't do anything with ipython notebook now....

My ipython notebook kernel always dead
I see that you have a number of notebooks running already. Perhaps they're interfering with each other in some way. Try killing all the ipython-related processes in the process list on the consoles page and asee if that helps.
