Outage?

All my custom directories in my ~ folder are missing. Anybody else experiencing issues now? Wondering if this is an outage.

We are not seeing any issues... Could you have had any code that mistakenly deleted them?

Thanks. Something bad happened and we're still now sure how, but just really want to thank the pythonanywhere team for their fantastic support and help in getting us restored in a timely fashion.
