Thanks for letting us know, we're investigating.

We can't see anything obviously wrong on any of the servers. What are the exact symptoms you're seeing? I can see that you have a bunch of tasks, each of which normally takes about an hour to run. They start every hour on the hour, and they're all running right now.

Is there some output somewhere that shows that they're running slowly? Feel free to send us details over a "Send feedback" message if you don't want to post anything private in this publicly-visible forum.

before the deploy any thing was good. but after that as you can see, i can't run my tasks hourly. if you check my accounts the task are running from 6 utc but they don't get finish.

I can see that. But if you look at the logs for the previous runs, the tasks normally a long time time to run -- I can see that at least one run of one of them took 4260 seconds.

The ones that were scheduled at 5am UTC this morning won't have been run, due to the system update. So if the ones that started at 6am UTC are catching up on work that they would have done, perhaps they'll an amount of time closer to the upper end of the range?

the 4260 second was for the time that i run 10 task at the same time. but when i decrease it to 7 task, running time decrease to about 3200 second.

now, after the deploy, the running time increase to about 4200 seconds.

i think, something is wrong with servers.

i missed the 7 UTC result for my tasks in my both accounts. my task are running from 8 UTC slowly like the 6 UTC. Unfortunately, nothing has changed.

any solution??

The servers look fine, at least from what we can see. The system update this morning increased the amount of capacity, so if anything your tasks should be running faster.

Maybe the slowdown isn't being caused specifically by the scheduled task servers, but by some other part of our system that your tasks rely on. What do your tasks do? Do they access files a lot, or write lots of stuff to the database?
