Is it possible for my app users to user their own custom domain? So, say they have a dashboard which they want on their own admin area - is that possible on PA?

Just to make sure I understand -- you mean that your app would be at www.yourdomain.com and then the app users would access a dashboard on something like user1.yourdomain.com, or user2.yourdomain.com, and so on. Is that right?

OK, thanks! Unfortunately that's not possible, at least for non-trivial numbers of users on your side. That's because each domain that we host needs a separate entry on the "Web" tab.
Sorry if I raised your hopes by asking, but I didn't want to say "no, it's not possible right now" without being sure I'd really understood what you were trying to do :-(
