I'm using a free account and the https proxy issues are impacting pip also Any pip install fails as it cannot connect to PyPi. Apparently virtualenv creation fails for the same reason as it installs pip and other things from PyPi Any ETA on the resolution of the issue?

Sorry about that- we had some problems with the proxy server for our free users (which made it hard to connect to whitelisted external websites). We have fixed that now- please let us know if you are still experiencing any problems!
