Hi,

I can't access the standard app at : username.pythonanywhere.com. This happened after I downgraded my account.

How can I get my website working again in the Free Plan?

Do you mean you want to change your original custom webapp to username.pythonanywhere.com? We don't have a good way to do that right now- let us know if you want us to manually change that for you!

Well my web app was under the free plan and using my username , then I upgraded and downgraded , and now I can't access the free plan anymore under my webapp.

yes- that's because you already have a webapp. you could just delete that webapp if you want to. alternatively, if you want to change the name of that webapp (to bebdzair.pythonanywhere.com), we could manually do it for you.

ok- i've manually done that for you. You should also take a look at your wsgi.py files at /var/www and copy over the correct wsgi.py file for your new webapp.
