Whenever I open a console Chrome tells me that I need QuickTime to run the page, everything seems to work happily regardless of if I accept or not. I was just wondering what that was about?

When the websockets protocol doesn't work we fall back to using flashsockets. For reasons we have yet to be able to determine Chrome seems to think that this means it needs QuickTime. It doesn't so you can safely ignore it. But it is a pain!

This is compounded by the fact that we've temporarily disabled websockets so it will happen every time :-)

So definitely a weird bug that we want to fix but not something to worry about and you definitely don't need to install QuickTime.
