Is it still possible to connect to external database? I am currently using an account in https://cloud.xeround.com/ but am suddenly unable to connect anymore.

Hello,
From what I understand the guys have been struggling with people using (free) PythonAnywhere accounts to (a) distribute spam and (b) do DDOS attacks, and have responded by blocking network access to most IPs.
That said, they are usually unbelievably helpful so if you drop them a line ('Send Feedback') and ask them to unblock it, they probably will.
