Just in case somebody facing the same problem.

            An error occurred when transforming the geometry to
            the SRID of the geometry form field.
            ==

            And also found this, at error log, and
            django-debug-toolbar log
            2014-08-05 16:37:03,334 :GDAL_ERROR 6: Unable to load
            PROJ.4 library (libproj.so), creation of
            2014-08-05 16:37:03,334 :OGRCoordinateTransformation
            failed.
            2014-08-05 16:37:03,334 :GDAL_ERROR 6: Unable to load
            PROJ.4 library (libproj.so), creation of
            OGRCoordinateTransformation failed.

            I believed, i missed something.

A ticket has been raised by Giles about this missing package.

        Hmm, that's odd, it looks like we must be missing a
        package.  I've added a ticket to get it installed soon,
        but it might take a while.
