ssh issues starting yesterday

Hello as of yesterday my ssh via Filezilla is no longer working. I am not sure what I am now doing wrong. I tried to send this to send feedback, but I was receiving a server error.

host: sftp://ssh.pythonanywhere.com username:jerritanderson password:<my password> port: 22

Getting connection times out after 20 seconds of inactivity Could not connect to server
