We don't offer phone support because it would cost too much to provide anything beyond a call center with people following scripts. To give you an idea of how much we would have to charge to provide telephone support with real developers answering the calls, Amazon AWS charge a minimum of $100/month just for that, and even then you need to log on to a site and request a callback.

But regarding the emails you sent, what address did you send them to? We normally answer messages within a minimum of 24 hours, and have answered all of the ones we've received recently within that timeframe. I don't see anything related to your account, or from your registered email address.

I sent two emails one on support@pythonanywhere.com and the second on conrad@pythonanywhere.com by my registered email address.

That's odd -- I've checked our archives, and can't see them. What was the subject line?

"Issue regarding plan" is my subject line. By the way I got a reply for that today, saying that pls continue the discussion in the forms.

Yeah I got reply on same day in forums but not through mail. I waited for 3 days and then I posted it on forum

Yes, but I sent a mail to conrad@pythonanywhere.com that was delayed. So I mailed to support@pythonanywhere.com and got a reply.

That's the email that is monitored daily by the support. Individual developers could be available or not.
