S0, i was trying to get get a request to a webhook i did in CleverCloud, and got this error

Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden

So i searched the forum and the only answer i could find is that the site is not in the whitelist, so i'm kindly asking you if you could add it

According to the documentation that you linked to, the clever cloud API is served from api.clever-cloud.com, so I have added that to the whitelist. The URL that you requested did not seem to be documented anywhere.
