Hi,

"Password protection is ideal for sites that are under development when you don't want anyone to see them yet." The password box keeps popping up (even after entering the password) and the website isn't loading. Please help.

also, even when i disable the feature in the dashboard and reload the website, it still asks for a password.

The password is disabled for your web app and I was not asked to enter a password. Perhaps your browser has cached that there is a password.

I can only suggest trying with a different browser or on a different machine.

in my case, even if i specified a usr/pwd, it doesn't ask me any?

Did you reload the web app?

of course i did. i disabled an re-enabled but still doesnt take effect

@volkithedreamer I see it's now disabled and nothing pops up on my side...

i dont know how it turned to disabled but now i re-enabled and situation is the same

I reloaded your web app and the password has now been applied.
