Are there any plans to add support for Reflex (formerly Pynecone)?

It does not look like that will work on PythonAnywhere at the moment.

I figured that but I was just curious if this would be something you guys would be interested in adding support for in the future.

The FastAPI beta is up and running. Does this mean we can deploy Reflex?

If you can deploy a Reflex app similarly to FastAPI (e.g. by using uvicorn listening on a unix domain socket, see the command), then it should work.
