I've tried to connect to MySQL for the last few hours and the window seems stuck on "Loading Mysql interpreter...". I've repeatedly closed the window, reloaded it, started new databases consoles, and nothing seems to help.

Any advice?

I'm new to pythonanywhere. I thought I was stuck and I did the sort of stuff you describe. But then I just let it sit and let it load without trying anything, came back later and it had gotten to the prompt as advertised. Are you saying you had a "Loading Mysql interpreter...". message in a window you left undisturbed for hours? Sorry I'm not much help.
