Downgrade account

Hi,

I need to downgrade my account to a free account but I can't select it in the "Upgrade/Downgrade account" section. Moreover if I choose a custom plan with every minimal option the price is $4/month so what can I do to go back to a free account or stop my monthly billing ?

Your account is already a free account.

I am having the same issue. If this is not the account that I am paying $5 a month for can you please find my card on file and end my membership.

The account you posted this message from is definitely a free one, and has never been a paid one, and we don't have any other accounts using the same email address. If you send us a message using the "Send feedback" link, with the last four digits of the card number that's being charged, we should be able to track down the account that you're paying for.
