We are experiencing ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT when our students are trying to connect to your website on campus. We have brought up the topic with our tech support an they have mentioned that it might be because of our outgoing network traffic being seen as a single ip address connecting several times with your site that may have added us to a blocked list on your server. Is this a possibility?
