mysql.connector.errors.InterfaceError

2003: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'gestoradv.mysql.pythonanywhere-services.com:3306' (-3 Temporary failure in name resolution)

is not connecting to the server, was ok yesterday

How are you running your code -- from a website, a scheduled task, a console or an always-on task? If it's an always on task, could you try stopping it and then restarting it?

an always-on task, i restarted several times. It start to work again and stopped. Right now is working but the site right now is not responding: "www.pythonanywhere.com took a long time to respond." (On Chrome)

We have added additional capacity to the always on cluster to reduce the incidence of this in future.
