i had an old domain it was at hoster.kg and it was written by php i stopped it and add the record of cname of my app wich is www.me-consulting.ae. i cannot make the ssl certificat auto and the website is getting comming soon page here is a photo of the dns there you can find the photo in this link https://ibb.co/Kh7tZHS

but the web app does not work

Hi there -- you have a dot (".") at the end of the website's name on the "Web" page. If you use the rename button (next to the website's name, it looks like a pencil) to remove the trailing dot, it should work fine.
