Lack of static IP making PythonAnywhere very expensive?

I currently pay $6 for my PythonAnywhere account and since there's no static IP option, the script breaks everytime my IP changes as I need to whitelist on my Azure MySQL database.

I've been looking for a workaround on this, but seems like all static IPs that support MSSQL starts at $9+ per month. There's a support article by the PythonAnywhere team with a suggested service, but their prices start at $29 per month. That's 5x what I pay for PythonAnywhere.

What are some very cheap Static IP services and how are others working around this?

Our help page covers the service that we know of. If anyone knows of any others that are better/cheaper we'd love to hear about them so we can update the page.

Glenn, actually, I have not been able to find any of the services listed on the help page to have a MySQL supported static IPs. Am I missing something?

What does "MySQL supported" mean in that context?
