I have noticed that my account has been charged again only 15 days after the previous payment, which is unusual since the billing cycle should be once per month. The latest charge was deducted on [date], even though the previous payment was on [date]. Could you please clarify why this happened and if this is a system error or a result of any account changes?

Could you contact us at support@pythonanywhere.com and provide the details of the charges you see? From what I can see there were no double charges and the last payment we received from you was in September.
