Hello! I have been using this service for 2 weeks and have about 5k users interacting with the site daily.

I am looking to apply a custom domain for my site, but just want to check whether the current sites URL will be auto-forwarded to the new domain for users that have it saved as a bookmark.

No, they won't be auto-forwarded. If you want to keep old domain name, you need to have 2 apps on PythonAnywhere and set up one to forward traffic to another. See this help page for more details.
