Status 499 in mi app

Good morning My application stopped working. I had the free plan, I thought it was because I had reached the request limit, so I paid for the basic plan. After that, I see that the app still doesn't work and in the access log, it gives me responses in 499 which is a possible error or block towards the client. In the log, it doesn't give me any error from my app. And it was working fine, can someone help me or who can I contact?

The application is experiencing issues again, the service is down again, I would like to know what is happening in order to consider other implementation options.

I can't see anything in your web app's logs, maybe it isnt starting up correctly? Do you do a lot of work during app startup
