No domain redirection.

I have 2 domains in namecheap. hafswiki.com is a main domain and I want to redialect it to one document inside the wiki using the hafscomputer.com domain. But I set redialect in namecheap but it causes ERR_TIMED_OUT in my internet browser. Please tell me how to solve it.

It looks like your domain hafscomputer.com is not configured properly. When I try to access it directly I also get a timeout error.
