I installed aspose_words version 24.10.0 through requirements.txt. The Python Version in PythonAnywhere is 3.7 which is the same as python version where the app was created. The server error is the version of aspose_words was compiled against a different version of Python to the one we have installed. I even installed aspose words in pythonanywhere after deleting it in requirements txt, What version of aspose_words should be used? Can you help please helpwith the specific version of aspose_words I need when I'm in PythonAnywhere?

Did you install it in a virtualenv? Make sure that your app is using the correct virtualenv.
