Assistance Needed: PostgreSQL Database Setup Stuck After Upgrade to Web Developer

Hello PythonAnywhere Team,

I recently upgraded to the Web Developer plan today to enable PostgreSQL support for my project. However, when I attempt to configure the database, the process gets stuck on the message: "Assigning Postgres hostname, please wait..." (screenshot attached).

I’ve waited for some time, but the setup hasn’t progressed. I’d appreciate it if you could assist in restarting or resolving the process so I can begin using PostgreSQL.

Let me know if you need any additional information from my end to expedite the resolution.

I can't see the image you shared. Can you please share what you tried to do and what error you saw?
