"Unknown" state of my always-on task

My always-on task stopped to work. State "Unknown", no error messages. Reload doesn't help. And being called from console, my program works fine.

We had problem with one of our machines. Sorry for that. It should be fine now.

My always-on task is stucked at "Preparing to Start". I am not even able to delete or restart it, the butons are disabled.
