Emails to support

Do emails to support need to come from the registered email address for a pythonanywhere account? I manage our pythonanywhere site, but have a different email.

I sent an email support request yesterday but have not received any feedback.

Just to make sure that anyone else that comes across this thread knows the answer -- yes, we do answer emails that come from an email address that isn't the registered one. However, if you do send one, please make sure that you include the account username of the account you're talking about, ideally in the subject line. Also, before looking at the contents of an account, or taking any action that might change it in any way (eg. deleting it, downgrading it, etc) we will need to receive confirmation via an email that was sent to the account's registered email address.
