I want to have the 5 dollars plan, but I don't want to give you the authorization for a 5 dollar each month payment. I prefer to pay 60 dollars each time for one year. Is it possible?

Absolutely. In fact we offer a discount for 1-year advance payments, it's 10 months for the price of 12, so that's $50. Except if you live in the EU, in which case we must charge $10 VAT, so it's back to $60.
