Show databses doesnot show databases

I have an MySQL console setup and when I open console and type "show databases", no databases are shown

It's OK here - took about 5 seconds in my case.

I use the command: show databases;

Do you get any error messages?

I may have been to excited about PythonAnywhere and too impatient - working now without any problems
