Something is not working properly with your hosting environment.
My site has stopped working, again.
Over the last three days I was told the problem lies with somebody else misbehaving (I was getting err. 111, connection refused).
Today a proxy was reset and my site came back to life.
For a good 30mins. Then it went belly up again.
The very same site, which was working perfectly, now gives:

Any ideas???? To me, this does not look like something related to traffic and proxies.
