Weather APIs blocked?

Hi,

I'm trying to use different weather APIs but all two I tried threw a 403 error. Are they blocked for some reason? The ones I tried are: The Yahoo API (e.g., http://where.yahooapis.com/v1/places.q('sydney%20opera%20house')?output=json&appid=apikey) and the Forecast API (https://api.forecast.io/forecast/APIKEY/).

Can this be fixed?

We block everything for Free accounts except a few websites listed here. It looks to me like it would be a good idea to allow yahooapis.com and api.forecast.io, though. I have enabled both yahooapis and the Forecast API so they should work for you now.
