I've bought a domain from nic.tr(main responsible of domain names with com.tr extension), and created a web2py app with the domain name I bought. However in their interface there is no way to direct the domain or set CNAME records, you can only set dns servers. Then from what I understand one should go to dns provider and ask the dns provider to add a record for the address.

What can I do in this case?

You'll need to find someone to host your DNS. Some examples that you can use are Amazon Route 53, https://dnsimple.com/, https://www.gandi.net/ and there are many others.
