Hello,

I've searched in the Forum, and found that there was an issue to connect to a RDS database, but that it was solved. But I could not connect to my RDS server. I authorized 23.21.200.247/32, but it not worked...

Is there something I could do ??

Hi there, do you mean you want to use your own RDS server?

I can give you a list of IP addresses to authorize for now (50.19.109.98, 23.21.200.247, 23.21.189.164), but those are liable to change over time, so it's not a permanent solution... Also, bear in mind that once you authorize our servers, any user on pythonanywhere (including anonymous users) can connect to your server, and start to attempt to login, so think about security.

What limitations of our service made you want to use your own RDS instance?

It's no a limitation... it's a database I already own and is accessible from other places... But thanks. Solved the problem...
