I am a new user of python-anywhere. I've just confirmed my email and my account is active. When I start a console (Python, Bash, Mysql...) I can't see anything on the screen, nothing appear... Could you help me to work this problem out? What kind of browser/technical requirement I need to start working? (I use IE v.11.0.9600.18321)

Hi there, a couple of things to check:

• can you try a different browser, and see if you still have the problem? Try Chrome or Firefox.
• are you using a work computer? If so, the problem could come from a corporate firewall. Try again from a different computer, maybe at home?
