That's odd. Looks like it's stopped happening now (though I'd be grateful if you could confirm that).
The 504 error is a timeout -- I guess it took a while to appear -- probably about a minute?
I can confirm that it's working now. Yes, it was taking about a minute before giving the error.
Thanks for confirming that. I suspect it might have been a temporary overload on the task server, I'm looking into it.
So, the task server is your task to look into?!?!?!?
I'm glad you're back, a2j -- we'd missed your sense of humour :)
And all this time I thought you took me as 100% serious 93% of the time. I was pretty sure you all liked my humo(u)r (sorry, I just couldn't bring myself to add the u w/o noting it) after I saw the video of Harry @ PyCon UK 2011... ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°
This year at PyCon UK we had PythonAnywhere banners saying "Sorry, no rap this year. Just this banner..."
I haven't been to a PyCon yet. Do they have space for vendor booths? If yes, we could have a contest to have a user join ya'll @ an event and help with expanding the word. Of course this need assumes that PA hasn't yet reached ubiquity within the culture.
Although I'm sure it's just a matter of time now!! ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°
They do have space for vendor booths, but we've not really taken advantage -- it's better to have a few banners and then just mingle and talk to people, I think.
