Hi!

I suppose that "Private file storage (soft limit)" is inclusive of all the memory used up by your database, and of course, includes static files. Please acertain the correctness of my supposition.

Secondly, I don't fully understand what "soft limit" exactly means. Again, I suppose it means there's some wiggle-room. If so, how much?

Yup, that's the correct definition of what the file storage limit includes. Importantly it doesn't include system files etc., which are shared between everyone.

By "soft limit" we do mean that there's some wriggle room. If you need more space, especially if it's a temporary thing, drop us a line and we'll see what we can do.

What if someone has a permanently chaining temporary need? On second thought I didn't ask that... ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°
